What is a brand?

A brand is a single group of projects that are designed under the same name, or brand name. You can have any number of designs created for your brand, all with identifiable brand guidelines.

If your plan has multiple brands, projects are grouped by brand for better organization.

What does UNLIMITED graphic design mean?

Unlimited graphic design means that you’re not charged per project, or hourly. You get billed one flat rate each month that gives you access to a wide scope of services.

You can create as many projects as you want, but depending on your plan, you can only have one active project at a time. See our plan details for more information on getting access to more active projects.

It needs to be made clear that we’re not a super high output, low quality and high quantity, type of operation. Design and branding are important aspects of your business and should be taken with care. With that said, our focus and priority is to deliver professional quality work.

We will begin working on your request within 24 hours, and depending on the scope of the request, it could take up to 1-4 days for the request to be completed. Clearly a full brand guide will take more time than a simple social media graphic.

What happens if I don't like my design?

Your designers are going to do their best to follow your instructions as closely as possible. This means, the more detailed you can be with your request, the better chance of getting a result you like.

With that said, sometimes you may ask for a more open ended request, at which point the designer will have much more creative freedom to produce what they want. In situations like this, you can request them come up with a couple different style designs to get a range of ideas. From there, you can pick the direction you find most appealing.
